分析了热剪刃的综合力学性能要求,并对表面堆焊高耐磨合金层的显微组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,表面堆焊层显微组织为回火马氏体+碳化物,具有较高的热强度和红硬性;热剪刃经表面堆焊修复后,使用寿命提高1倍以上。
The comprehensive mechanical properties of the hot cutting edge were analyzed, and the microstructure and properties of the high wear-resistant alloy surfacing layer were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the surfacing layer is tempered martensite + carbides with high hot strength and red hardness. The service life of the hot cutting edge repaired by surface surfacing is more than doubled.
