为研究级配碎石加州承载比(CBR)与级配碎石级配之间的关系,本文针对不同道路等级和层位设计了6种相同原料不同级配的级配碎石,然后分别进行了击实试验和CBR试验,以确定每种级配的最佳含水率、最大干密度和CBR强度。研究结果表明:对于相同材料,级配碎石的级配对CBR影响显著,CBR与级配曲线、细度模数、平均粒径有很好的相关关系。同时CBR与最大干密度/曲率系数线性相关。此模型的建立为级配碎石配合比设计以及预估级配碎石强度提供参考。
In order to study the relationship between California load-bearing ratio (CBR) and grading of graded crushed graded gravel, six graded macadams with different grading of the same raw materials were designed for different road grades and horizon levels, Compaction and CBR tests were conducted to determine the optimum moisture content, maximum dry density and CBR strength for each grading. The results show that the gradation of graded gravel has a significant effect on the CBR for the same materials, and the CBR has a good correlation with the grading curve, the fineness modulus and the average particle size. At the same time CBR is linearly related to the maximum dry density / curvature coefficient. The establishment of this model provides a reference for the design of graded crushed stone mix and the prediction of graded broken stone strength.
