湿陷性黄土地区的地基基础施工是建筑行业的一个难点,湿陷性黄土地区的地基受到水的侵蚀之后会造成地基沉降及结构裂缝。如果在施工过程中缺乏必要的地基基础加固措施或者是防水排水措施,一旦地基受到水的浸湿,会造成严重的工程质量问题。本文将结合工程实例详细介绍湿陷性黄土地区地基基础加固及建筑物裂缝防治的具体方法。
Foundation foundation construction in the collapsible loess area is a difficult point in the construction industry. The ground foundation in the collapsible loess area will cause ground settlement and structural cracks after being eroded by water. If the necessary foundation reinforcement measures or waterproof drainage measures are not available during the construction process, once the foundation is wetted by water, serious project quality problems will result. In this paper, the concrete methods of foundation reinforcement and prevention of building cracks in collapsible loess areas will be described in detail in combination with engineering examples.
