独乌成品油管道在设计输量520×104t/a的工况条件下运行,应用在线工业性增输减阻试验成果,首站加注5mg/kg减阻剂,可以实现“一泵到底”的运行方式,平均流量增加200m3/h;首站加注10mg/kg减阻剂,在同样的工况下平均流量增加260m3/h,同时节约了大丰泵站的运行费用。经过测算,首站加注超过15mg/kg减阻剂运行不经济,仅通过增大减阻剂加注量的方式将输量提升至520×104t/a以上的潜力有限。在首站启2台给油泵+2台输油主泵,在大丰站启2台输油主泵,同时在两站加注减阻剂,可将独乌管道输量提升至630×104t/a。
