目的检测2型糖尿病伴脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(neuron specific enolase,NES)水平和视网膜病变程度,研究两者的相关性及在糖尿病脑梗死中的作用。方法检测100例糖尿病患者(糖尿病伴脑梗死47例,单纯糖尿病53例)及50例健康人(正常对照)的血清NES水平,眼科常规检查后行眼底荧光血管造影术确立糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)发生情况。结果与正常对照组及单纯糖尿病组相比,糖尿病脑梗死组高NES血症发生率、血清NES水平及DR发生率及硬化程度均升高(P<0.05);糖尿病患者血清NES水平与DR硬化程度呈正相关(r=0.733,P<0.05)。结论血清NES水平和DR是糖尿病脑梗死发生的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of neuron specific enolase (NES) and retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction and the correlation between the two and the role in diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods Serum NES levels were measured in 100 diabetic patients (47 with diabetes mellitus, 53 with simple diabetes mellitus) and 50 healthy controls (normal controls).
