结扎切断SD大鼠左侧坐骨神经或前后根后,在一定的存活时间序列里,用Olympus显微镜的测光装置对经EL—Badawi氏改良法显色处理后的腰段脊髓乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)进行了相对变化率((?)_o/(?)_c—1)×100%的测定。结果发现,坐骨神经切断术后,术侧脊髓后角(AChE)的变化主要在后角Ⅰ、Ⅱ层。术后10天增高19.4%(P<0.05),术后15天降低为—40.9%(P<0.01),术后60天再次升高达25.4%。变化曲线呈双峰夹谷状。切断前后根后,术侧脊髓后角出现先低后高的变化。本文探讨了这些变化与变性、再生的关系;分析比较了AChE在脊髓腰段前、后角变化的异同性;发现后角AChE与前角AChE的变化曲线皆呈双峰夹谷曲线。可分为1.应激期2.调整期3.恢复期。
Ligation of the left sciatic nerve in rats after ligation or sciatic nerve root, in a certain survival time sequence, Olympus microscope photometry device by the EL-Badawi’s improved method of chromogenic treatment of lumbar spinal cord acetylcholinesterase AChE), the relative rate of change ((?) _ O / (?) _ C-1) × 100% was measured. The results showed that, after sciatic nerve transection, the change of posterior horn of spinal cord (AChE) mainly in the posterior horn Ⅰ, Ⅱ layer. After 10 days, it increased by 19.4% (P <0.05), decreased to -40.9% (P <0.01) 15 days after operation, and again increased to 25.4% after 60 days. The curve is bimodal folder valley. After cutting the anterior and posterior roots, the posterior horn of the lateral spinal cord appeared first low and then high changes. In this paper, the relationship between these changes and denaturation and regeneration was explored. The similarities and differences of AChE in the anterior and posterior horn of spinal cord were analyzed and compared. The curves of AChE and AChE in anterior horn were both bimodal and nodular. Can be divided into 1. Stress period 2. Adjustment period 3. Recovery period.
