一、毛坯形状的选择图1所示为薄壁圆筒形零件,其材料为0.3mm的08F冷轧钢板。该零件一般采用φ160mm的圆形板进行拉深。在2000×1000mm的标准钢板上双排下料,其废料率达30.7%。经试验后,我们用图2所示的最佳毛坯形状进行拉深,能节省材料。毛坯计算公式为:a= x D=150 (mm);s=~2(1/2)a-D=52(mm);m=d/D_z;D_z=1.06a。式中:a——最佳毛坯形状边长;s——切去四个角的三角形斜边长;D_z——最佳毛坯形状的当量直径;D——圆筒件展开成圆毛坯的直径;
