机床铸铁导轨的耐磨性,直接影响机床精度的保持及使用寿命。修复导轨精度占机床维修工作量的二分之一。因此提高机床导轨耐磨性是机床制造业重大技术问题之一。我国机床工业工人、技术人员遵照毛主席提出的“我们必须打破常规,尽量采用先进技术”的教导,对提高机床导轨的耐磨性采取了各种方法并取得了很大的成就。如在材料上采用耐磨铸铁和选配适当的摩擦付,在结构上采用镶钢导轨、滚动导轨、卸荷装置和静压导轨等。在热处理方面采用导轨表面火焰淬火或高频淬火工艺,以提高表面硬度的方法提高导轨耐磨性。但火焰淬火或高频淬火后工件变形较大,精加工要采用磨削工艺,对重型机床采用此工艺,不仅要复杂的设备和工艺水平,实施也较困难。近年来,
