为了提高轻质油包水乳状液黏度模型的计算精度,对现有计算精度较优模型加以改进。利用轻质原油制备油包水乳状液,对不同温度和剪切速率下的乳状液进行黏度测试;根据实验数据对目前常用乳状液黏度预测模型进行优选,结果显示Brinkman模型精度最高;对Brinkman模型加以改进,不但考虑了水合作用、絮凝作用以及含水率对乳状液黏度计算的影响,还将温度影响直接引入模型,同时忽略剪切速率的影响。通过室内环道试验验证改进模型,结果表明:改进模型精度提高,平均相对误差在10%以内。
In order to improve the calculation accuracy of the light viscosity model of water-in-oil emulsion, the existing model with better calculation precision is improved. The water-in-oil emulsion was prepared from light crude oil, and the viscosity of the emulsion was tested under different temperature and shear rate. The viscosity prediction model of emulsion was optimized based on the experimental data. The Brinkman model showed the highest accuracy. The improvements not only take into account the effects of hydration, flocculation and moisture content on the viscosity calculation of the emulsion, but also introduce the temperature effects directly into the model while ignoring the effect of the shear rate. The indoor loop test is used to verify the improved model. The results show that the accuracy of the improved model is improved, and the average relative error is within 10%.
