本课题运用了文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等,对兰州市盲聋哑学校学生进行抽样调查,主要从学校开展特殊教育体育活动的情况,盲聋哑学生每天参与体育锻炼的情况等几个方面进行了研究。经调查发现,兰州市盲聋哑学校每天锻炼的标准根本没有达到,与国家教育部规定时数相差甚远,根本达不到锻炼身体的目的,学校虽然进行体育活动,但是学校却没有真正的参与进来,没有对学生的体育活动进行组织,学生只能盲目的进行活动。本课题通过了解特殊教育学生体育运动开展的现状,找出存在问题,并提出对策,为有关决策部门提供特殊教育学生参加体育活动方面的相关资料,为改善特殊教育体育运动提供可靠的参考依据,从而推动这项活动全面、科学、有序地开展。
