“8·31”以及与之相关的房地产政策,使得别墅市场出现诸多不稳定因素,导致不少开发商下定决心用高品质打开市场大门。在8月之前,别墅新项目的供应并不是很集中,市场也没有太多明显的特征。事实上,不少过关的开发商都在紧锣密鼓地忙碌着新项目的前期工作,并等待时机将项目推上市场。金色的九月,以运河岸上的院子、观唐、易郡为代表的中式别墅正式在市场上亮相。过去,慧谷根源也只是加入一些似是而非的中式元素,现在一些偏中式风格的项目,已开始明确打出中式旗帜,让“中式风”越吹越猛。有业内人士认为,中式别墅与西式别墅的抗衡,其实是中西文化的抗衡,以及两种文化怎样在市场中找到最佳市场点和客群的较量。
