据《中国农业科学》2013年第18期《猕猴桃有机成分产地指纹特征及判别分析》(作者马奕颜等)报道,检测来自陕西周至县和眉县、四川沐川县、湖南永顺县3个主产区93份猕猴桃样品的维生素C、维生素E、可溶性固形物、总酸及总糖含量,分别对数据进行方差分析(ANOVA)、多重比较分析和判别分析,探讨各有机成分指标对猕猴桃产地来源的判别效果,有机成分指纹分析技术对猕猴桃产地鉴别的可行性。结果表明,不同产地猕猴桃的有机成分指纹信息有显著差异。陕西周至县和眉县猕猴桃
