为了研究在患糖尿病时,口服葡萄糖对胰多肽(PP)分泌的影响,作者对81例经葡萄糖耐量证实的成年发病型糖尿病患者(26~74岁)及128例体重正常、无内分泌及肠功能异常的正常人(20~82岁),进行空腹及口服50克葡萄糖后血浆PP和胰岛素的放射免疫测定。结果发现,正常人血浆PP的含量随年龄的增加而升高;服糖后5分钟,血浆PP即由85±10pg/ml(空腹水平)升高到194±58pg/ml;15分钟含量最高(236±65pg/ml)。 在糖尿病患者,空腹血浆PP的含量也随年龄
