本文从介绍“球-盘”型机械无级变速器的传动原理入手,分析了目前该型变速器的传动盘(主传动件)在形状设计上的缺点,提出将传动盘的传动锥面由目前的直锥面改为弧锥面;并推导了两种锥面所对应的传动钢球直径的计算公式,定量分析了传动盘以弧锥面替代直锥面对变速器减小体积、降低重量的重要作用。对无级变速器的设计有一定的参考价值。
This paper starts with the introduction of the transmission principle of “ball-disk” type mechanical continuously variable transmission, analyzes the shortcoming of the shape design of the transmission plate (main transmission part) of this type of transmission, and proposes that the transmission cone of the transmission plate should be replaced by the current The straight conical surface is replaced by the arc conical surface and the formulas for calculating the diameter of the drive ball corresponding to the two conical surfaces are deduced.
