用醋酸泼尼松龙复制的肾阳虚模型大鼠和老龄大鼠的血清ＬＰＯ比青龄大鼠明显增高，ＳＯＤ活力和睾丸酮含量却明显降低。鹿茸可以使肾阳虚模型大鼠和老龄大鼠升高的血清ＬＰＯ含量明显降低，使降低的ＳＯＤ活力和睾丸酮含量明显升高。结果提示肾阳虚可致衰老，鹿茸具有防治肾阳虚和抗衰老的作用。
The serum LPO of rats with kidney-yang deficiency model and old rats that were duplicated with prednisolone acetate was significantly higher than that of the young rats, while the activity of SOD and the content of testosterone were significantly decreased. Antler can make kidney yang deficiency model rats and elderly rats increased serum LPO content was significantly reduced, so that decreased SOD activity and testosterone levels were significantly increased. The results suggest that kidney-yang can cause senescence, pilose antlers have the effect of preventing kidney deficiency and anti-aging.
