目的 Meta分析方法探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-2578C>A基因多态性与肺癌发病的相关性。方法检索CBM、CNKI和Pub Med数据库,收集国内外从建库到2013年11月公开发表的关于肺癌与VEGF-2578C>A关联研究的文献,应用Rev Man5.0分析软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入病例对照研究7篇,包含肺癌组1657例和健康对照组1716例。结果显示:在等位基因模型(OR=1.29,95%CI=1.15~1.45,P<0.0001);隐性模型(OR=1.85,95%CI=1.36~2.53,P=0.0001);纯合子模型(OR=2.04,95%CI=1.48~2.80,P<0.0001);杂合子模型(OR=0.53,95%CI=0.30~0.92,P=0.02)中,VEGF-2578C>A基因多态性与肺癌发病相关具有统计学意义。敏感性分析提示结论稳定性好。结论 VEGF-2578C>A单核苷酸基因多态性与肺癌发病风险相关,携带A等位基因的基因型(CA+AA)可以显著增加肺癌的发病风险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -2578C> A gene and the pathogenesis of lung cancer. Methods The databases of CBM, CNKI and Pub Med were searched, and the literature about association between lung cancer and VEGF-2578C> A published from the database of construction at home and abroad to published in November 2013 was collected. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.0 analysis software. The results were finally included in the case-control study of 7 articles, including 1657 cases of lung cancer group and 1716 cases of healthy control group. The results showed that in the allele model (OR = 1.29, 95% CI = 1.15-1.45, P <0.0001), the recessive model (OR = 1.85,95% CI = 1.36-2.53, P = 0.0001) (OR = 2.04, 95% CI = 1.48-2.80, P <0.0001). In the heterozygous model (OR = 0.53,95% CI = 0.30-0.92, P = 0.02) The incidence of lung cancer was statistically significant. Sensitivity analysis suggests that the conclusion is good. Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphism of VEGF-2578C> A is associated with the risk of lung cancer. The genotype of allele A (CA + AA) can significantly increase the risk of lung cancer.
