运东农业中学,创办至今将近五年了。经过近五年的摸索,我们对于办好农业中学有以下几点体会。一、依靠群众办学。农业中学是为农村服务的,是农民群众自己办的学校,应该处处考虑到群众的需要,依靠群众,发扬群众办学的积极性。如果要学生全部住宿,不是以走读为主,学校开支全由公社包下来,不是谁读书谁出钱,在教学上关门教书,不注意联系农村实际,为群众办一些事情,其结果就会是:学校忙于解决经费和学生生活等问题,分散了教师的精力;有些可以走读的学生住宿以后,不能早晚帮助家里做事,还要带被褥、铺板,减少了家里的辅助劳力,增加了家里的经济负担;学校这样办下去,势必会越来越脱离群众。根据以上的认识,我们提倡谁读书谁出钱,向学生 Yundong Agricultural Middle School has been established for nearly five years.
