伴随着我国改革开放的不断深入,大量的外资企业陆续进入中国,依靠中国市场廉价劳动力这一资源优势开拓事业。然而,随着我国经济的快速发展,廉价劳动力的优势逐渐消失,这是我国经济发展的必然阶段。为了更好地应对产业转型,促进我国经济的持续稳定发展,我国于2008年开始施行新的《劳动合同法》,其对外资企业中的员工权益进行了更加全面的保护,但是,这也造成了外资企业的强烈反抗。为了更好地应对劳动法改革,外资企业需要尽快实现人力资源管理转型,适应新型劳动法,这样才能促进本企业在中国市场的稳健发展。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, a large number of foreign-funded enterprises have gradually entered China and relied on the resource advantages of cheap labor in the Chinese market to open up their careers. However, with the rapid economic development in our country, the advantage of cheap labor gradually disappears, which is an inevitable stage of China’s economic development. In order to better cope with the industrial restructuring and promote the sustained and steady economic development in our country, China started implementing the Labor Contract Law in 2008, which provides more comprehensive protection for the rights and interests of employees in foreign-funded enterprises. However, this also resulted in The strong resistance of foreign-funded enterprises. In order to better cope with the reform of labor law, foreign-funded enterprises need to realize the transformation of human resource management as soon as possible and adapt to the new labor law in order to promote their steady development in the Chinese market.
