近年来，在社会经济不断进步的背景下，我国加快了城市建设的步伐，然而，在城市建设中，必须建立在科学的规划基础上，只有这样，才能够实现城市的健康、可持续发展。本文首先从概念、用途、特征三个角度出发，对城市地籍测绘和不动产测绘进行了分析，并对城市地籍测绘和不同产测绘的具体流程以及和共同点展开了研究，希望对我国城市的长期发展起到促进作用。
