海南省中小学教师职称制度改革2016年启动,《海南省中小学教师职称制度改革工作实施方案》计划2年完成。其中,设置了中小学正教授的职称,原来评聘分离,现在评聘结合。现在有岗位才评,没岗位不评,评价体系做了一系列调整。现在的职称评比不仅关注业绩,还关注师德师风。这项工作计划2017年完成,解决基层老师评而未聘的问题。
The reform of the title system for teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hainan was initiated in 2016. The implementation plan for reforming the titles of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province is planned to be completed in two years. Among them, the titles of professors of primary and secondary schools are set up. Now there are job evaluations, no job reviews, and the evaluation system has made a series of adjustments. The current title appraisal not only focuses on performance, but also pays attention to teacher morality. This work plan will be completed in 2017 to solve the problem that the grass-roots teachers did not hire.
