教师是学校教学工作的主要承担者,是教学质量的保证,也是学校核心竞争力的主体。高职院校的教师,特别是专业教师,不仅要有一定的专业文化理论知识,而且必须具备较强的专业实践能力和丰富的实践经验。如何尽最大限度的提高高职教师的工作能力,是当前高职院校工作的重中之重。对此,就引发了高职教师实训体系的构建这个问题。此文本着提高教师行业职业道德,行业职业素质,培养教师交往协调能力,开拓创新能力和良好心理素质的原则,探究构建教师实训体系的途径。
Teachers are the main undertaker of school teaching, the guarantee of teaching quality, and the main body of the school’s core competitiveness. Teachers in higher vocational colleges, especially professional teachers, should not only have a certain knowledge of professional culture, but also have strong professional practical ability and rich practical experience. How to maximize the work ability of higher vocational teachers is the most important task in the current higher vocational colleges. In this regard, it triggered the construction of vocational training system for teachers this issue. This text is aimed at improving the professional ethics of teachers, professional qualities of the profession, developing the communicative coordination among teachers, developing innovative abilities and good psychological qualities, and exploring ways to construct a teacher training system.
