课程标准是课程或教学决定的指导或依据。教育改革不断呼唤教育标准的提高,虽然各方对提高教育标准的反映莫衷一是,但是课程标准在课程计划和实施中的意义却是不容质疑的。本研究旨在通过对课程以及课程标准内涵、要素及意义的简单梳理,比较美国21世纪外语学习标准和我国义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)二者在内容结构、目标领域、级次划分等方面的异同,反思我国外语课程标准进步性和局限性,提出未来外语课程改革的建议。
Course standard is the guide or basis for curriculum or teaching decision. The reform of education constantly calls for the improvement of education standards. Although all parties fail to reflect the improvement of education standards, the significance of curriculum standards in curriculum planning and implementation is undeniable. The purpose of this study is to compare the content of the structure of the 21st century foreign language learning standards and English compulsory education curriculum standards (2011 Edition) in the contents of the structure, the target area, the level of classification, etc. The differences and similarities in the aspects of foreign language courses in our country, retrospect the progress and limitations of the foreign language courses standards in our country, and put forward the suggestions on the reform of foreign language courses in the future.
