成都铁路分局和西南交通大学共同研制的“RY2型雨情自动监测报警网络系统”,是在吸收同类仪器优点的基础上,为了实现“十分钟雨强控制的二级雨量警戒值、拟定封锁值及其防御标准”的自动化管理而进行开发研制的新一代电脑型雨情自动监测报警传输网络系统。RY2型雨情自动监测报警网络系统由“工区(车站)控制机”和“工务段中心管理机”以及公共通信网组成。“控制机”和“管理机”均采用功能强大的PC台式计算机。该系统全面实现了雨情信息自动采集存储、电子计时、自动语音报警、自动打印雨强报警通知单、自动定时打印日降雨资料,自动统计日、旬、月降雨资料等。重点考虑到前期连续降雨对三级警戒级值的影响,并根据前期连续降雨对三级警戒值进行自动修正。
