随着素质教育的普及,体育锻炼已经成为中学生生活中必不可少的一部分,它不仅可以促进他们的生长发育,更重要的是保证他们有强健的体制以应付繁重的学习。由于中学生身体机能尚未发育完全,易疲劳,因此这个时期的学生营养补充要平衡、全面,摄入充足的热量和蛋白质以保证身体生长发育、体力活动和紧张学习的需要。在此基础上身体不同运动素质的发展其营养需要也有所不同,但需要强调的是人体活动的能量来源主要是碳水化合物(糖),因此任何形式的体育锻炼都要注意糖的补充。一、力量素质发育特点及营养需求力量素质男生在16岁以前随年龄增加而逐渐增加,16岁以后开始缓慢下来,22 ̄23岁可达高峰,以后又随着年龄增长而减慢。
