为改革现行的军队后勤体制,美国防后勤局与诸军兵种提出了新库存管理战略和军队供应链管理的构想:谋求扩大国防后勤局预置物资储存场所的军产权,把军事消费品库存合并成统一的国家库存;精简后勤保障机构,确立统一的供应主体和统一的保障观念;改革消费品供应链的采购、分发和库存管理,节支增效,提高后勤保障效益和保障反应能力。这对我军的后勤供应体制改革具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。一、美新库存管理战略的提出
