磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging,DW-MRI)是目前惟一能在活体上进行水分子扩散测量,分析病变内部结构及组织成分,反映活体组织功能状态的磁共振功能成像技术。该技术在宫颈癌诊断中的应用,受到越来越多关注。本文就该技术在宫颈癌病变检出、术前分期、评价淋巴结转移、肿瘤放化疗疗效监测及预后评估中的应用,综述如下。
Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) is the only magnetic resonance functional imaging technique that can measure the diffusion of water molecules in vivo, analyze the internal structure and tissue components of the lesions, and reflect the functional status of living tissues. The application of this technology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer has received more and more attention. This article on the detection of cervical cancer lesions, preoperative staging, evaluation of lymph node metastasis, tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy efficacy monitoring and prognostic evaluation of the application are summarized as follows.
