以‘Rogal Sweet,和‘Royal windsor’两个西瓜品种及‘TOP Score’甜瓜品种为试材,研究了土施 L—色氨酸(简称 L—TRP)对西、甜瓜产量的影响。具体方法是:将其种子播于温室的硅砂苗床上以获得大小一致的幼苗。10天以后将幼苗移入育苗器中,每个盛有50克田间土壤,用 Hoag-land 矿质营养液(半量)处理。然后,用10~(-9)-10~(-3)M的 L—TRP 溶液15ml 浸透育苗器内的土壤,使其在土壤中的浓度为6×10~(-5)—60mg·kg~(-1)土壤。对照用去离子水处理,两周后将幼苗定植于田间。结果表明,土施 L—TRP 后,在移入大田前对幼苗营养生长影响不明显,仅在果实产量上反应明显,‘Royal Sweet’的(?)积果重比对照增加58%,‘Royal
The effects of L-tryptophan (L-TRP) on the yield of melon and melon were studied using two watermelon cultivars, ’Rogal Sweet’ and ’Royal windsor’, and ’TOP Score’. The specific method is: sow the seeds in the greenhouse of silica sand seedbed to get the same size of seedlings. After 10 days the seedlings were transferred to a nursery, each containing 50 grams of field soil, treated with Hoag-land mineral nutrient (half amount). Then, the soil in the nursery was soaked with 15 ml of L-TRP solution of 10 ~ (-9) -10 ~ (-3) M so that its concentration in the soil would be 6 × 10 ~ (-5) ~ 60 mg · kg ~ (-1) soil. Control with deionized water treatment, two weeks after planting seedlings in the field. The results showed that the effect of L-TRP on the vegetative growth of seedlings was not obvious until the field was transplanted into the field.
