一、形成炉膛爆燃的原因1、炉膛爆燃过程的理论分析炉膛爆燃指的是在锅炉的炉膛,烟道和烟风系统中积存的可燃混合物突然同时点燃,而使烟气侧压力升高,造成炉墙结构破坏的现象,炉膛爆燃也称为外爆。烟气侧压力低,造成炉膛结构破坏的现象称为内爆。从原理上来分析,只有符合下列三种情况才有可能发生爆燃:(1)炉膛或烟道内有燃料和助燃空气积存。(2)积存的燃料和空气混合物是爆炸性的。(3)具有足够的点火能源。当这三个条件中肯定有一个不存在时,就不会发生爆燃,所谓爆炸性混合物也就是可以点燃的混合物,在锅炉
