前言我省溢洪道工程,绝大多数是无闸控制的宽浅式进口,其特点是溢流水深较小。据初步调查,我省150多坐中型水库溢洪道中,无闸控制的宽浅式进口占82.4%,溢流水深小于4米的占77.5%。而小型水库溢洪道,则上述比例更大。另外,我们从对廿多个中小型水库溢洪道工程的调查中发现,低堰所占比例很大。其中P_1/H_d<1的低堰占60%。这些低堰中,采用克一奥和顶角修园的梯形堰约各占46%。前者
