一九五八年,由于大批小型水利工程上马,资金、三材都很缺乏。我们本着土洋结合,就地取材的精神,广泛地在小型水库工程上使用球形滚动闸门。据不完全统计,全县有80％以上的小型水库都是采用球形滚动闸门。通过多年的运行实践(曾用于水头为17.5米的水库),证明球形滚动闸门操作灵活,安全可靠,投资少,节省三材。球形滚动闸门设在涵管进口钢筋混凝土消力井上,在消力井顶板上开一孔或数孔放水孔,利用简易轱辘(或小型手摇启闭机)来启闭混凝土圆球,详见图1、2、3。
In 1958, as a large number of small-scale water projects were launched, there was a lack of funds and materials.
