Characterization of high-speed ACP line devices requires accurate research on transient and switching delays. This paper describes: (a) Large signal transistor models required for this analysis; (b) Methods and related theories for measuring device parameters; (c) Most suitable computational techniques; (d) Predicted and observed The relationship between the transients. Introduced many new ideas in the development of device model testing and calculation programs, and these ideas also apply to the general line analysis.
