大学阳光体育运动属于课余体育的范畴,针对其目前的困境,对大学课余体育锻炼的管理、观念、阻滞因素进行了反思。认为发展大学课余体育应以大课程观为指导,在把其纳入日常教学计划的同时,必须完善大学层面的课余体育运行制度设计,并逐渐推动大学体育工作的重心由课内向课余转移。在此前提下坚持以技术教学为核心的课程多元化改革,为学生提供技术支持和兴趣引导;开展生命教育,激活大学生健身意识;在学校层面建立大学生课余体育组织管理的实质性机构,把各类学生体育组织做实,使其做事;组建以课余体育竞赛为核心的课余体育组织机构,实现课余体育竞赛的层次化、社团化、评价机制的周期化,扩大课余竞赛的覆盖面。
The sunshine sports in university belongs to the category of after-class sports. In view of its current predicament, the reflection on the management, concept and blocking factors of extracurricular physical training in university is carried out. It is suggested that the development of extracurricular sports in colleges and universities should be guided by the concept of big curriculum. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the system design of extracurricular sports at university level and to gradually shift the focus of college physical education from extracurricular to extra-curricular. Under this premise, we should adhere to the diversification reform of curriculum centered on technical teaching, provide technical support and interest guidance for students, carry out life education, activate college students ’awareness of fitness, and establish a substantive institution of college students’ extracurricular sports organization and management at the school level. Class sports organizations to make them work; set up after-school sports competitions at the core of extra-curricular sports organizations, to achieve the level of after-class sports competitions, community, evaluation mechanism of the cyclical and expand the coverage of after-class competitions.
