对供试18个紫色甘薯品种的主要农艺性状观察、营养品质鉴定以及加工品质和适应性进行系统分析和比较。结果显示:薯形美观,食味品质和适口性好的4个品种——福薯9号、F22-158、58009和济薯18,适合作为紫色优质食用薯开发;产量高、烘干率与出粉率适中、加工品质好的伟祥1号和济薯18适合作紫色地瓜干加工用原料薯开发;其他供试品种大多烘干率、出粉率较高,较适合用于提取淀粉或花青素。通过对地瓜加工品种伟祥1号和济薯18的叶面积系数、茎叶、块根及T/R值消长动态进行研究,发现伟祥1号作为早熟型品种在推广种植过程中应加强早期栽培管理有利于高产;济薯18属中、迟熟型品种,延长生育期,生长后期防止茎叶早衰有利于高产。
The main agronomic traits of 18 purple sweet potato cultivars, the identification of nutritional quality, processing quality and adaptability were systematically analyzed and compared.
