本文記述了从蔓性长春花(Vinca major L.)(夹竹桃科)的叶和茎中分离得到培里分辛(Perivincine),及其鑑定的方法。培里分辛的鑑定是用从小长春花(Vinca minor)得到的已知純样品进行混熔点测定而証实的。并进行于此生物硷的旋光度、pK值、紫外光譜、红外光譜以及紙上层析法Rf值的測定。培里分辛对麻醉鼠的降压作用的初步篩試表明此生 This article describes the isolation of Perivincine from the leaves and stems of Vinca major L. (Apocynaceae) and its identification. The identification of Perridium was confirmed by the melting point determination of a known pure sample obtained from Vinca minor. The optical rotation, pK value, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and Rf value of this alkaloid were measured.
