校本培训关注院校的实际需要,以教师所在的院校为培训基地,使教师所学到的教学技能和理论能迅速地与教学实践相结合,转化为“教学生产力”。在军队院校开展教师校本培训工作,采用行动研究法既科学可行,又有一定的推广价值。通过校本培训,更深层的意义在于用培训带动教师自主性专业发展能力的不断提升,从而实现整个教师队伍的能力和水平的提升。
The school-based training focuses on the actual needs of colleges and universities, and takes the institutions where the teachers are located as the training bases so that the teaching skills and theories learned by teachers can be promptly combined with the teaching practice into “teaching productivity ”. In the military academy to carry out school-based teacher training, the use of action research method is both scientific and feasible, but also a certain promotional value. Through school-based training, the deeper meaning lies in the continuous improvement of teachers’ independent professional development ability through training, so that the ability and level of the entire teaching staff can be improved.
