通常我们设计作业,都是教师布置同一类型题目,不同层次的学生一个样,这不利于优差生通过作业练习在自己的“最近发展区”得到充分发展.作业评价也是用统一标准,这样根本不能调动全体学生的积极性.为了使作业设计切合各类学生的实际,为了使作业评价能有实效,笔者尝试使用“分层设计”学生作业、“分类评价”学生作业的方法,使好、中、差各类学生都能积极进取,通过作业巩固所学知识,形成技能,发展智力.
Usually we design homework assignments to teachers with the same type of topics and different levels of students, which is not conducive to the excellent underperforming students being fully developed in their “recent development zones” through homework assignments.
