实现我国农业现代化，必须认真实施“科教兴农”战略，切实搞好“两个根本转变”。当前要着重抓好如下工作：充分认识和牢固树立科技进步在农业现代化中的巨大作用和关键地位；进行新的农业科技革命；推进农业科技成果产业化；加快培育和发展农村技术市场；不断提高农民的科技文化素质；切实增加农业科技投入等。
