如何将渔区商品生产引向深入,是继广大渔区实行各种生产责任制之后,亟需研究的课题。在这方面,晋江县祥芝渔业大队(以下简称祥渔)提供了成功的经验。祥渔,位于泉州湾南侧入海口处,有6978人,2743个劳动力,拥有大小渔船360条,主要从事海洋捕捞业。1983年渔产量达19.2万担,占全县渔产品总量的1/5,总产值达1500多万元,比1978年翻了二番半,是我省唯一的产值超千万元的大队。1983年人均收入由1978年的172元,提高到684元,涌现出300多户“万元户”,经济效果显著。究其原因,我们认为关键的一条,就是在分散经营的基础上,有效地组织社会化服务从而促进渔区商品经济的迅速发展。
How to lead the production of fishery products in-depth is an issue that urgently needs to be studied after the implementation of various production responsibility systems in the vast fishing areas. In this regard, Jinjiang County Cheung Chi Fishery Brigade (hereinafter referred to Cheung fishing) provides a successful experience. Cheung Yu, Quanzhou Bay is located in the south of the mouth, with 6,978 people, 2,743 workforce, has 360 size fishing vessels, mainly engaged in marine fishing. In 1983 the fishing output reached 192,000, accounting for 1/5 of the county’s total fishery products, the total output value reached more than 15 million yuan, more than doubled that of 1978. It is the only brigade with an output value exceeding 10 million yuan in our province . In 1983, per capita income increased from 172 yuan in 1978 to 684 yuan, and more than 300 “million households” emerged with remarkable economic results. The reason, we think the crux of one, is based on the decentralized management, the effective organization of social services to promote the rapid development of commodity economy in fisheries.
