根据部标准规定:焊机初、次级线圈对机壳或接地之间及其相互的介电强度应能承受在额定频率时波形为实际交流正弦波的试验电压,历时1min。其试验电压(有效值)的数值作如下规定: a、初级线圈对机壳或接地之间:2u+1500V,最低2500V; b、初级线圈对机壳或接地之间:1500V, c、初、次级线圈之间:2u+3000V,最低4000V。其中:u为初级输入电压V。这里提出了焊机不同部位的试验电压值。怎样将这三个试验电压对焊机进行试验,不同的试验方法将会产生完全不同的结果。若按标准条文中叙述的顺序(或试验时接线的方便)对这三个数值的电压依次进行试验,共进行三次。其过程见图1所示,第一次
