成人干燥胸骨30例,测量胸骨前、后皮质厚度,胸骨厚度并计算出骨髓腔厚度.胸骨柄前皮质厚为1.26±0.18mm(0.5～4.0),后皮质厚为0.99±0.06mm(0.4～2.5).骨髓腔厚9.07±1.75mm(4.6～15.2);胸骨角前皮质厚为1.75±0.25mm(0.6～6.2),后皮质厚为1.53±0.21mm(0.4～4.2),骨髓腔厚为8.08±0.40mm(3.0～13.0);胸骨体前皮质厚为1.13±0.09mm(0.5～3.1),后皮质厚为1.05±0.09mm(0.4～3.0),骨髓腔厚为6.39±1.37mm(2.6～13.0).除胸骨角前皮质太厚外,胸骨体、胸骨柄各部均可用头皮静脉针行胸骨骨髓穿刺,但以胸骨体为最佳穿刺部位.胸骨体、胸骨角及胸骨柄的前皮质较其后皮质均厚.
30 cases of adult sternum were dried, the thickness of anterior and posterior cortex and the thickness of the sternum were measured, and the thickness of the marrow cavity was calculated.The thickness of the anterior cortex of the sternum was 1.26 ± 0.18mm (0.5-4.0) and the posterior cortex was 0.99 ± 0.06mm (0.4 ~ 2.5) .The marrow cavity thickness was 9.07 ± 1.75mm (4.6 ~ 15.2); the anterior cortex angle was 1.75 ± 0.25mm (0.6 ~ 6.2) and the posterior cortex thickness was 1.53 ± 0.21mm (0.4 ~ 4.2) 8.08 ± 0.40mm (3.0 ~ 13.0); the thickness of the anterior cortex was 1.13 ± 0.09mm (0.5 ~ 3.1); the posterior cortex thickness was 1.05 ± 0.09mm (0.4 ~ 3.0); the marrow cavity thickness was 6.39 ± 1.37mm ~ 13.0) .In addition to the thoracic anterior cortex is too thick, the sternum, sternum each department can be used scalp vein needle sternal bone marrow puncture, but the sternum as the best puncture site.Sternal body, sternum angle and sternum of the anterior cortex Cortex than the average thickness.
