莱州湾地区是我国海水侵染地下水危害较重的典型区域.笔者试从海水入侵对农业生产、工业生产及居民生活用水等多方面造成危害的特点出发,分别对海水入侵使农业生产条件遭受破坏,农作物产量降低,工业生产环境受损,工业产值及效益下滑,以及居民生活用水供水条件的恶化等进行分项灾情评估.在此基础上,结合区域经济发展状况确定各分项的权重,然后以加权分值确定出综合评估灾情等级的方法,既体现了海水入侵对当前经济造成的损失,又体现了因环境条件恶化产生的长远影响.它可避免单纯以目前的经济损失评估灾情所产生的某些弊端.

It can avoid some of the drawbacks of the disaster assessment based on the current economic losses alone.
