在安眠药中,以巴比土酸的衍生物,应用最广。惜乎此类药物常对呼吸及循环系统产生不良影响。醒后常有不快感或滞留作用,(hangover effect)故最近五六年来,出现了一系列新类型的安眠药,一般讲来这类药物的副作用均较巴比土酸为低,使用比较安全。且在制造程序方面,亦简便很多。本文拟对此类药物的药理作用、临床应用及合成方法等作一简单介绍。近年所发现的非巴比土安眠药,大致可分为三类:1、乙炔基叔醇类(Acetylenictertiaryalcoh-ols)2、六氢吡啶二酮类(piperidiones.)3、三氯乙醛衍生物(Trichloracetaldehyde)兹分述如下:
In sleeping pills, barbituric acid derivatives, the most widely used. However, such drugs often have adverse effects on the respiratory and circulatory system. In the last five or six years, there have been a series of new types of sleeping pills. Generally speaking, the side effects of these drugs are lower than that of barbiturate, and it is safer to use. And in the manufacturing process, it is also much easier. This article intends to pharmacological effects of such drugs, clinical application and synthesis methods for a brief introduction.
