在无产阶级文化大革命运动的推动下,我们在厂党委和车间党支部的关怀领导下,向大庆人学习,认真贯彻“鞍钢宪法”,为了适应生产发展的需要,把我厂原有的 3吨/时 5排小风口热风冲天炉改装成一座 5吨/时多排小风口活动式热风冲天炉。通过几年的试用,效果良好。铁水温度较稳定,出炉温度1390~1420℃。焦耗有所降低,七三年平均焦铁比1∶10．58左右。每年节约焦炭及修炉材料约三万多元。下面就把炉子结构、基本参数、炉料管理等问题作以下简要说明:
