目的:在HIV检测中应用化学发光微粒子免疫分析法,分析假阳性的发生情况.方法:选择HIV检测的16263例患者,化学发光微粒子免疫分析法检测.结果:16263例HIV检测的患者经化学发光微粒子免疫分析法检测,筛查出阳性标本54例,阳性检出率为0.33%;之后,经免疫印迹法检测,确定有阳性标本37例(阳性检出率为0.23%),8例为阴性和9例为不确定.结论:化学发光微粒子免疫分析法在HIV检测中的假阳性率较高,需要结合多种试验结果进行综合诊断.","Objective To analyze the occurrence of false positive by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay in HIV detection. Methods 16263 HIV patients were detected by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay. Results In 16263 HIV patients, 54 positive samples were screened by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay, the positive rate was 0.33 %. After that, 37 positive specimens were identified by weste blotting (positive detection rate was 0.23 %), 8 were negative and 9 were uncertain. Conclusion Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay has a high false positive rate in HIV detection, which needs to be combined with various test results for comprehensive diagnosis.
