现代社会的快速发展使越来越多的低压重要用户开始关注电能质量问题,而到目前为止,实际应用中的电能质量监测主要是基于系统侧考虑的,监测节点主要选在变电站以及关键用户接入点处,而普通用户有权知道所购买的电能的状况。在此分析了与低压用户密切相关的各项电能质量指标如电网谐波、电压波动和闪变等,并且根据国家标准给出了各项电能质量指标的计算方法。
