阻尼材料动态性能主曲线图是70年代末由美国空军材料试验室首先提出並加以采用的,现已成为美国国家标准。美国各个阻尼材料公司都用主曲线图作为产品性能说明书的主要内容,阻尼材料主曲线图有成为国际标准的可能。近年来,我国阻尼材料正在逐渐形成批量生产,其应用在各个工业部门日益扩大。设计人员要设计有良好减振降噪效果的阻尼结构,首先遇到的是如何选择阻尼材料和如何应用主曲线图,所以本文就主曲线图概念作基本论述外,主要讨论根据粘弹性阻尼材料的试验数据如何计算、储存和绘制主曲线图。
Damping material dynamic performance of the main graph is the late 70s by the United States Air Force Materials Laboratory first proposed and adopted, has now become the national standard of the United States. Damping material companies in the United States use the master curve as the main content of product performance specifications, damping material master curve has become an international standard. In recent years, damping materials in our country are gradually forming mass production, and their applications are expanding in various industrial sectors. To design a damping structure with good vibration and noise reduction effects, the designer first encountered how to select the damping material and how to use the master graph. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the concept of the master graph, How to calculate, store and plot the master curve.
