目的:观察参蛤益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠氧化/抗氧化相关指标的影响。方法:SD大鼠84只,采用烟熏加气道内注入脂多糖(LPS)法复制COPD模型,并予参蛤益肺胶囊治疗,观察治疗后肺系数,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,肺组织匀浆中谷胱酐肽(GSH)的水平,并测量细支气管内径水平。结果:参蛤组大鼠肺系数较模型组降低(P<0.05),细支气管阻塞程度减轻(P<0.01),血清中SOD活性及肺组织匀浆中GSH含量较模型组增加,血清中MDA含量较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论:参蛤益肺胶囊治疗COPD与其有一定的抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenmayiyifei Capsule on the related indicators of oxidation / antioxidation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. Methods: Eighty - four Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: COPD model with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and smoked plus airway, and the rats were treated with Dangyi Yifei Capsule. The lung coefficient, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, glutathione peptide (GSH) level in lung homogenate were measured, and the bronchial diameter was measured. Results: The lung coefficient of Shenmai group was lower than that of the model group (P <0.05), the bronchial obstruction was relieved (P <0.01), the activity of SOD in the serum and the content of GSH in the lung homogenate were higher than those in the model group The content was lower than the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Yifei Capsule has certain anti-oxidative effects on COPD.
