目的人体组成对结直肠腺瘤发病的影响尚不明确。本研究应用生物电阻抗分析(bioelectrical impedance analysis,BIA)检测结直肠腺瘤患者的人体组成,分析结直肠腺瘤的人体组成特点。方法回顾性分析2014-01-01-2015-06-01香港大学深圳医院无症状行结肠镜筛查的患者292例,依据肠镜检查及息肉病理结果分为结直肠腺瘤组158例和正常对照组134例。记录吸烟、饮酒和药物服用史等,测量身高、体质量、腰围和臀围;应用BIA检测研究对象身体组成,比较结直肠腺瘤组与正常对照组在人体组成的差别,分析人体组成对结直肠腺瘤发病的影响。结果结直肠腺瘤组腰围平均为(83.3±10.4)cm,高于正常对照组的(79.2±14.1)cm,P=0.015。在人体组成上,结直肠腺瘤组体脂率平均为(28.3±6.97)%,高于正常对照组的(26.2±6.41)%,P=0.034。结直肠腺瘤组腰臀脂肪比平均为0.91±0.065,正常对照组平均为0.88±0.059,P=0.024。结直肠腺瘤组患者体脂率超标的比例为75.9%,高于正常对照组的59.7%,P=0.003。结直肠腺瘤组腰臀脂肪比超标的比例为68.8%,正常对照组为56.7%,P=0.041。结论结直肠腺瘤患者腰围增加,人体组成以体脂率和腰臀脂肪比升高为特征。
The purpose of the human body composition on the incidence of colorectal adenomas is not yet clear. In this study, the bioelectrical impedance analysis (bioelectrical impedance analysis, BIA) detection of human colorectal adenoma patient’s composition, analysis of human colorectal adenoma composition. Methods Retrospective analysis 2014-01-01-2015-06-01 Shenzhen University of Hong Kong asymptomatic colonoscopy screened 292 patients, according to colonoscopy and polyp pathology results were divided into colorectal adenoma 158 cases and normal Control group of 134 cases. Body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. The body composition of the study subjects was measured by BIA, the differences in human body composition between the colorectal adenoma group and the normal control group were compared, Rectal adenoma incidence. Results The average circumference of the colorectal adenomas was (83.3 ± 10.4) cm, which was higher than that of the control group (79.2 ± 14.1) cm, P = 0.015. The body fat percentage of colorectal adenoma group was (28.3 ± 6.97)%, which was higher than that of the control group (26.2 ± 6.41)%, P = 0.034. The average hip-fat ratio in colorectal adenoma group was 0.91 ± 0.065, while the average in control group was 0.88 ± 0.059, P = 0.024. Colorectal adenoma group of patients with excessive body fat ratio was 75.9%, 59.7% higher than the normal control group, P = 0.003. Colorectal adenoma group waist hip fat ratio exceeded 68.8%, 56.7% of the normal control group, P = 0.041. Conclusions Patients with colorectal adenoma have increased waist circumference and body composition characterized by an increase in body fat percentage and waist-hip fat ratio.
