目的从亚细胞水平观察大白鼠在不同高度急性缺氧时大脑顶叶皮质组织的神经细胞、胶质细胞、间质血管等的病理改变。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成3000m、5000m、8000m及10000m实验组及对照组,于低压舱内暴露于不同高度30min,舱内处死,取大脑顶叶皮质层组织,常规电镜制片,透射电镜下观察。结果与对照组相比,不同高度实验组均呈不同程度变化,主要表现为脑组织神经细胞、胶质细胞膜结构模糊不清,核及胞质内线粒体、内质网扩张,核染色质不均匀凝固,细胞皱缩以至崩解,凋落小体出现,毛细血管外膜胶质屏障水肿等。病变以8000m及10000m两组明显。结论大鼠在不同高度急性缺氧时所发生的一系列超微病理学变化与组织形态学及酶活性变化一致,且表现得更明显,也是各种生理学紊乱、酶活性降低及组织学改变的基础
Objective To observe the pathological changes of neurons, glial cells and interstitial blood vessels in the parietal cortex of rats with acute hypoxia at different subacute levels. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group (3000m, 5000m, 8000m and 10000m) and control group. The rats were exposed to different heights for 30min in the low pressure cabin and sacrificed. The cortex of the parietal cortex, conventional electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy Under observation. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental groups at different heights varied in varying degrees, mainly as neuronal cells in brain tissue, unclear membrane structure of glial cells, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum in nucleus and cytoplasm, and uneven chromatin distribution Coagulation, cell shrinkage and even disintegration, litter bodies appear, capillaries, adventitia, glial barrier edema and so on. Lesions to 8000m and 10000m two groups were obvious. Conclusions A series of ultrastructural pathological changes in rats with acute hypoxia at different heights are consistent with the change of histomorphology and enzyme activity, and more obvious, but also a variety of physiological disorders, enzyme activity decreased and histological changes basis
