1 前言目前,在我国现役加氢装置的反应器和热交换器中,部分仍是日伪时期建制的,距今50余年.为考察这批设备继续运行的安全性,我们对某厂部分加氢设备进行检验,并在一台同期制造现已报废的反应器上取样,进行试验观察、分析,结果供参考。 2 加氢反应器原始状况有关资料记载,此反应器1939年至1959年原用作电热筒,内部氢压为21.6MPa,进、出口温度分别为340℃和400℃,在此期间未发现裂纹。1959年开始作反应器使用,筒内压力为20.3MPa,氢压为17.65MPa。筒内介质除氢外,还有油类、硫化铂催化剂及少量的CH_4、Cl_2、CO、H_2S、水蒸气等。其中H_2S含量约为0.1~1%。反应器壁温为300~320℃、介质温度
